Weston Beach Race, Saturday and Sunday, Weston-Super-Mare, South West England.

Motorbikes :twisted: Or more precisely off road Motorbikes!!! AKA Enduro and Motorcross Bikes. Its a mad race across the sand over jumps and stuff... I think 100's take part and only a few finish, its really hardcore. Most just get stuck as the sand is useally really Wet.

i think i have seen this on the TV before, looks crazy. bikes everywhere and sand and dirty everywhere aswell. mayhem :twisted:

Yeah the best bit is the start line, or really the first corner because there is a line of hundreds of bikes and they all want to be first around the bend, you can just guess what happens when someone falls off :twisted:.

I take it you aren't driving a Nova down Neil? Still WIP?

The guy i used to live nextdoor too enters every year and has finished 3-4 times only.

People always want it banned as im sure a few lives have been lost in its duration.
