two quick questions..........

Question 1.

i am buying the avo rear shocks off Al wilsons car and was wondering if i could get away with just fitting normal gas shocks(none shortened) to the front? my car id lowered -60mm

Question 2.

i am just wondering how much i am looking at if i was to but the inlet maniflod linkages etc........for a set of twin 40's?? i can get the carbs from somewere else.

as far as i am aware i wouldn't mix makes of shocks really

mate says as long as front right and front left are same cte ct that should be okay but personally i wouldn't bother

would have thought it would make the car unstable as stiffer shocks .. less compression ... you know how it goes

Will be a lot cheaper to buy a complete second hand setup for the carbs.

Manifold and linkages etc all add up and with the cost of the carbs even if you get them dirt cheap will work out a lot more.
