wiring hole help!!

hey people, just wondering i am fitting electric windows and central locking to a 1.2 shell. i have gsi doors so i already have the hole in them for the wiring, but i would like to know if you can drill the hole in the shell from the inside (behind the kick pannels) as i dont fancy taking off the doors as the cars just been sprayed.

yea you can m8 , take the little plastic shelf out the car if you have one the bash out the three/ plastic rivets that hold the piece of plastic to the kickwel side find the little notch that would mark the hole and then drill it finally you will need to ream the hole bigger using a drill bit reamer is best, ive used a hand held one and it sucks!! trest the bare metal and hoover up all the swarf as it will start to rust
