No Dash Light + Rubbers

I have no lights on my dash when i turn headlights on,Hazards still lights up. The headlight adjuster doesnt light up either Help Plz. Also i have just fitted new black gsi rubber around my doors, The doors dont close as well as before any ideas why??

well about the lights mine was the same so i brought some new bulbs and put them in by switches and knobs and the gauge aswell
