Is that polished or chromed? someone was saying the other day that chroming the engine bits can keep heat in and make the engine underperform or something. I dont know how true that is though, anyone know?

yeh jus an little 1600 16v on throttle bodies, we have just finished putting the harry hockley kit on tonight, after all he prep that gone into this it should be the only thing stood with the c**kroaches after a nuclear war lol. And before anyone asks the brown paint is just a primer that you can weld to that was put on after bead blasting.
