12 months this friday since my car came off the road

Had my tax letter through the post yesterday and its been 12 months since i sorned my nova and took it off the road for its rebuild :cry: Did not seem like that long but it must be.

Anyhow as its been so long i decided to sort some stuff out for it. Its off to JP exhausts in 3-4 weeks for a new exhaust system that will require a section of the floor cutting out in the boot as the system will be that larger bore :lol: Also been pushing my mate on having it down to his garage to finish it off as i cannot be arsed and it needs paint as its off there next week as long as all goes to plan.

When it was on the road it was not really on the road as i never used to take it to any meets and hardly drove it! lol

Still its almost there and will be ready for a grand unveiling at a show sometime in the future, if i can be arsed! lol Rick

Sounds like you've got too much money mate :lol: . Fair play, This car best live up to expectations! Its the one that myself and a lot of other peeps have been waiting to see (or should that be hear :twisted: ) for a long time.

As mentioned before, its always great to see the development pics so keep them coming.

Kev's is was over 2 years in when i first went and saw it in his mum and dads garage, and that was about 2 years ago. I BET it's hardly any different now too. If i was his mum or dad i'd be really annoyed that he'd moved into his own place and left his car behind not even nearly finished lmfao.

Mine last turned a wheel in anger on the 29th September 2002 - put out 213 bhp on the rollers at Well Lane!!!!

It then died the following day!!!!

Still rebuilding the whole car over 2 years (and 1 son and a renovated house later)

It might be finished for next years season??? Then again..... :wink:
