i dont no if you lot no, but, Magnex have now STOPPED production of exhaust systems to fit nova's. :o

they dont make em for any engine size at all, ever again!

Guess hows got the last one? ME. :lol:

if you dont believe me, ask em!

They (Magnex) were flogging brand new Nova systems for Cat'd Nova GSi's on ebay a few weeks back for about ?100.
The production of Magnex exhausts for Novas stopped a while ago (They stopped listing them) I guess they've now sold the last ones they had in stock.

theyre loss. planty of peeps growing up still wanting novas. they ain't died yet.
suppose they're needing to cater for new upcoming models.

tbh i had a magnex and it was poor
didnt sound loud at all so i butchered it to make it how i wanted

tbh i had a magnex and it was poor
didnt sound loud at all so i butchered it to make it how i wanted
just because it wasn't 'loud' doesnt mean it was poor, lol

i know for a fact that my SR system with a 4" Rage backbox was about as loud as you can get but that was a way sh*tter system than the magnex one I'm putting on.

A number of people have experienced poor welding on the magnex manifolds. Mine was one of them. Perhaps its not all bad that they've stopped making them.

yeh they did.....

i've got a magnex on my 1.4 currently... and it's slower with it than it was with my cheapo mild steel system :o

i had a magnex manifold on my old gsi the welds came apart on that the system was fine tho.there manifolds still ain't got any better my mrs has 1 on her 2001 vtr and thats blowing now!! :x :x

Yeah, I think quite a numer of people have magnex manifolds on the site.

don't think much to magnex my mate has one on his corsa sport and you can't actually hear it :? the induction kit is actually louder :lol:

I have a Magnex System on my nova with 1.6 16 valve, yeah its not the loudest exhaust, you can hear it burbling along when driving normally but you get a nice crisp sound when you put your foot down.

Had the exhaust nearly three years and not had any problems with it

I like the low deep burble or pur a magnex has i think they sound nice,so when i went to get my nova's exhaust system done i asked for it to sound a bit like a magnex and a impretza lowness on tick over,and i like my sound,but to be honest the perfomance is a bit shit..

well, i gotta admit scoobys doa have a nice pur to them on tickover. :)

i no a chap with a 380bhp sti an boy does it sound nice!
