Alrite, i'm in the middle of building one at the minuet !!
Seeing as though its already got a 16v in it the 'difficult' thing you'll need to do is change the front gearbox mount.
You can buy conversion kits with all the stuff you need but they cost daft money, i've just made everything my self !!

What you need to do is,

Make new front gearbox mount.
Shorten gear linkage.
Lower tie bars & tie bar brackets (to clear gearbox).
Moddify down pipe to fit.
Move radiator forward & in to the middle.
Chop slam panel (so the AFM to Turbo hose fits).
Fit & mount oil cooler.
Fit & mount intercooler & pipe work.
Wiring ? ain't got that far !
Water pipes ? ain't done that either !!

Not to difficult realy, just gotta take your time check & double check everything before you do things !!
I found out everything that needed doing by 'searching' on MIGWEB, worth a look !

Good Luck !!
If you get stuck then get in touch, i might be able to help ?

Its the wiring im most worried about!! I can probably do the rest ok!!

How do i alter the tie bars and down pipe??
And where does the intercooler sit??

Alrite,
Down pipe is basically just chop & weld it so it lines up with your origional system.
I'm using a 2.8 Frontera intercooler, sits in front of the radiator, i made a recess in the front cross member for it to sit on & also to allow it to sit further back so it fits behind the bumper.
Tie bar brackets, i welded a piece of 50mm x 50mm box on to the bottom of the cross member for the tie bar brackets to mount to.
Tie bars, instead of them being mounted on top of the bottom arms you've gotta mount underneath with some spacers between the ball joint & tie bar, Spacers sizes are, Inside diameter = 12mm, Outside diameter = 30mm, you need 2 that are 26mm tall & 2 that are 27mm tall (1 of each for each side) also need some longer bolts.

Hope thats of some help.
