Plastic Welding

I spoke to my garage bloke... and he said the number plate can be recessed into the rear bumper by Plastic Welding.

He said it would cost a lot!
Anybody got any ideas how much??? (he cant do it & would get another garage to do it)

um cut, glue+grp and filler, then paint or whatever :D job done
