bin having loads of problems with ntl
firstly the cable tv box keeps freezing out and making it so i have to reset it a least once a day rung up customer services loads of time to complain
had engineers sent out and they have done nothing to improve it
so wasnt happy about that
now broadband has began having problems in my area where it keeps locking out
after 3 hour worth of phone calls and being on hold with them they finaly came up with the conclusion it was there problem and would send someone out eventually
someone was due to come out tonight recieved a phone call saying theres no point the broadband engineer coming out as yet again its nothing they can do
ive complained to them loads of times and finally tonight i got somewhere
the problems not fixed
but i have broad band free for as long as it takes to fix the problem (but at least free for 3 months)
and also i get all channel except porn for ?19.95 for a year they just added sky sports
so am quite pleased with my efforts of moaning at them constantly :lol:
am sure they know its me when i ring up
they must say
"ehup its the moaning git epo ringing up tenner says he's rung up to complain" :lol:

cus tiscali havent sorted out my sisters acount on her broad band conection im useing really slow diail up free via AOL,it hell.. lol that rhyms.

excellent, think i might give them a call now. They right piss me off, most the time the TV dont even work.
ring up and complain see if you get owt free

oh i do but they seem very good at doing nothing, ive complained no end.
say to them that youve done it for someone you know gave them money off and free channels

epo ring up and moan that you dont get the porn channels' ,tell em youll sort em' out with your chav mates if they dont unlock em. lol :D

just rung ntl
aparently i shouldnt have got such a good deal they never offer it that good
but luckly there going to honour it so it all stands
and sky sports works now :D

NTL just get better and better, check this out........
NTL has launched an urgent investigation into why one of the company's recorded messages told punters to "f**k off".
Customers in the North East of England were shocked by the verbal assault when they reported faults yesterday .
The Sun managed to get a transcript of the message before it was pulled. The message said: "Hello. You are through to NTL customer services. We don't give a f**k about you. We are never here. We just will f**k you about, basically, and we are not going to handle any of your complaints. Just f**k off and leave us alone. Get a life."
At this stage it's not known if security on NTL's network was breached, or whether it was an inside job. A spokeswoman for the cableco said it was "too early to say".
"The priority yesterday was to remove the offending message," she told us.
"This is a serious matter. The message was highly offensive and we would like to apologise to our customers," she said. ?

That is pretty much the general attitude of most companies helplines, even if it is never said. You did well there Epo to get that response, just goes to show moaning does eventually pay.
