REFURBISHING ALLOYS

Got set of alloys, just want to refurb them.

They are jurbed alot, just wondered what i would use to get them smooth again.

i think you can alloy filler which will smooth them down

I refurb alloy wheels as a side line after work. You'll need to rub the scuffs down well with rough wet and dry. Best job for scuffs is to use celluose putty for building them up, make sure you prime b4 u start it. Lots of feathering to be done where the putty smooths back into the paint, btw whatever you do don't use isopon, won't last a week, if theres any chunks out of the wheel get it alloy welded, heard the alloy filler is'nt much good either.
