HELP.. C20LET NOVA

Currently doin a c20let convertion but havin problems wit the gearbox...
Got the fwd convertion part.. all fitted and good..
the problem is the rear mount on the gearbox.. the nove rear mount has the bracket attached to the gear linkage but the f28 does not... need help urgently..........

take the nova rear mount off and if yo have the conversion kit then it should fit the bigger box with a spacer plate, (10mm thick with 3 holes in it)

need to drill and tap 3 of the holes bigger to recieve the nova mount

Alrite, remove all the gearbox / gear linkage mounts that was origionally fitted to the F28, then all you gotta do is drill out & tap 2 holes (should be able to figure which bits to drill out by offering up Nova mount) so that the origional Nova mount bolts up to it, you've also gotta fit a 10mm spacer between the box & the mount.
You've also gotta shorten part of the origional Nova linkage, the rod that attaches to the gear selector (white plastic bit!) needs to be shortened about 1.5" (i think ?).
Everything should bolt up now as it would on any other Nova !?!

I take it this is an after market mount that probably costs daft money ?!?
Never heard of the bolts snapping when just using 2.

mine snapped... we had one strip the threads out of the box after being spanked round silverstone... and both of these were valvers non turbos!! and you will be drilling and tapping holes so they won't be perfect... the 3 bolt mount is easy
