View Full Version : finding the Offset on an alloy?

i can only find a number on the BACK of the centre cap which says LC35, Its a team dynamics one, it doesnt say anything else anywhere else? can this LC35 be the offset?

put it on your car and look to see if it stick out 3 miles... if it does, you're probably right about it beinga 35 offset.

The offset is normally marked as ET but could possibly be LC
check
- the inner face of the rim (bit that faces the hub)
- spokes of the wheel
- the inside rim edge as it may be stamped on there,
- the bit behind where the centre cap fits (where the bolts go through)
might help?

my team dynamics dont have an offset printed on them.

Oh dear neil and i bet this was posted in tech or chat,well you should be able to find it on the inside as everone said,but if not why not calle the place you got the alloys from and ask them what the closest offset is that they do for a nova with your wheels??

Why have you got only one wheel?? Seems a bit strange.

The Team Dynamics Monzas we've got have the offset printed on the back of them somewhere... are you sure you've looked properly?

no, i just gave it a very quick glance so i could waste my time asking on here and waiting for reply instead of looking properly.
