would twin webber 40s go on a 20xe and if so what gains would i get.
and if i got 45 would i get the same gains

id say your best off going for 45's mate

40s would be ok on a standard lump but they would choke it if you want to do any more power mods, you can get the chokes bored out to a bigger size but id deffo go for 45s or even 48s if you can get them
