Hi,

I have just aquired an XE lump out of a J-Reg Cav.
It has a short driveshaft coming out of the diff and into a bearing, so that it can run equal length cav shafts.
Is there anyway I can keep this to use in a Nova when the engine is fitted? Cause im guessing the Cav shafts would be too long. Would I need custom shafts making up? Has any one done this before?

Cheers, any info would be great.

use the drivers side shaft as normal but you will have to get the passanger side one re machined to fit your hub,

its been done a few times i think

are you not keeping the 8v then

So the Astra shafts will be the right length then Ste? And they will go into the Nova Hubs?

The 8v is Dead M.D im afraid.
