My mate wants to buy a nova 1.3 SR (F reg) and he wants to know what sort of price the insurance will be...he's:
17
0 years No claims (obviusly!!!)
The car is worth ?600
It is kept in a driveway
It has an alarm on it

He's after a rough estimate on both TPFT and TPO...have any of you had a 1.3 SR for your first car? how much were you paying?

Cheers guys

Happy motoring

No man my Nova was ?806 TPFT with CIS, garaged and alarmed. Yes they do make excellent first cars..........unless you bin em upside down into a ditch like I did 36 hours after my test.. still waiting to hear whether it's repairable or not.... they're fast little fuckers mine did an indicated 120

bout 2k for an XR2, not worth it :) Nova's are loads better anyway. For TPFT on a 1.3SR from CIS it'd be 800 I'd say.

I'm 17 and live in Bolton Nr. Manchester, I've got a 1.3SR and I'm also with CIS, I've included my Weber Carb and Alloys full exhaust system. ?1013 TPFT. You may think that's dear but I don't care coz with CIS you don't have to tell them about lowering your sexy Nova.
