piper fast road cam

hi ive just bought a piper fast road cam just wanted to know im fitting it in my 1.3sr do i need new followers its not a new cam

new followers are a must

they are about ?60 (i think + vat) from vauxhall. us genuine GM ones as they are better than the pattern part replicas

vaux wanted ?15 each for them when I went to get some....fcuk that!

Try Autosprint. Dunno if the genuine Vauxhall but they're cheaper than ?15. But as Camb says get new followers. Would be a good idea to get new tappets and the little bucket thingies that go on top, too.

i went to Autovaux...fair do's they were really good...placed an order with them @ 9:30pm and then had a phone call the next morning @ 8:45am to sort everything out.

cost me about ?90 for everything I needed IIRC

cost me about 30 - 40 quid for mine from a local engine builders and they are perfect, touch wood they have had no problems and ive had the revs up to about 8000
