think my selnoid gone ?

i won't start and i don't think its the started motor how easy is this to replace and where under the bonnet is it lol ??

You dont think its the starter motor?
The solenoid is the starter motor! lol
What is it doing? Unlikely the solenoid, probably the drive on the starter gone.

if the solenoid is dead u wont get anything - not even a click

if the starter is whirring but not turning the engine then the gear will prolly have rounded off so you'll need a new starter

if its clicking then it could be a dead starter motor, solenoid main contacts not cloising properly or a faulty earth strap

first thing to try is a jump lead between -ive on battery and the block somewhere

and give us a better description ofg the problem

yeah thats right all the dash lights comeone and everything else just when i turn the key nothing happens :(

I had that trouble, i changed my engine to earth strap and starts first time now!
