i would think it would be a fast road cam from kent cams. they are quiet expensive. i think about ?200 but i wouldnt quote me on that!

piper and kent sell some "good cams"

the "best" that ive found is a 320 degree (inlet) 300 degree(exhaust) cam. but hey you need a silly race engine to cope with that



try asking the question in a different frame of mind

Get a kent ast2. the power band is 3k-7k. it gives loads of usable power, with head work and t40's then 100+ bhp easy. you could get a kent ast3 but i don't think that comes in till bout 4 or 5k so would be a bitch to drive

if ur car is for every day road use then get a kent ast1 or an ast2 if you like it a bit more sporty up the rev's.

ast3 onwards is for competition and enthusiast use really. not practicle for every day use.
