they are easy mate, all u do is stake every thing off, then get the fabric or carpit or wot ever u r using then place the door card on top of the fabric, then cut round it but leave bout and inch off over lap, then get sum carpit clue from B&Q then spray the whole door card wait bout 3mins for the clue to go tacky and the put it on the fabric, then turn it over and make sure there is no bubbles in it then flip it bck over again and spray clue round the edges and stick the over lap down and let to dry for bout an hour or so and then they r ready

i find contact adhesive is better than that glue in a can.

Everyones pretty much covered all you need to do it. I've found that superglue is good for any bits that refuse to stick. Don't overspray the area either as the door cards are just hardboard, and too much moisture will cause the doorcard to loose its rigidity, especillay round the corners.

nova doors weigh fook all, so u can just tug from top[ of door, move hand quickly, undow windows, pull from door cappings.

I'm finishing the rest tomorrow, superglueing rear ones in properly as one fell off today.

PS. I didnt use superglue, just staples, one evry 3 inches or so, works fine, had no problems with them yet.
You need 4mm staples and a staple gun, any longer and the staples will show through the other side.

staples are good - spray glue is okay - I found a glue gun is excellent for the overlaps that you dont see.

To cut the doot catches out carpet over the entuire card like above then turn it over and with a sharp knife you'll see the door handle area - cust a cross from corner to corner and pull the little triangle bits through glueing them down.

To remove the door cards undo the 2 big bolts from the underside of the arm rest as well as the 6 or so screws at the very underside of the door pocket (right at the underneath of the door. then unclip the door handle surround and then gently pull the card off from the edge. theyre held on with little poppey style clips.

i done minie myself.......well easy, took the handle off smoothed it all down sprayed it black and covered the pannel in blue fabric with some spray adisive, only thing was i didnt iron the fabric before i put it on and it was pretty creased, but they have all just about gone now, you can just about see them in this pic.

What do you mean there not flat? Do you mean the rear ones?

If you want to make your own get some 3mm hardoard (or thinner if possible) from a DIY store.
