I can't wait till Thursday. I get my car back with the 2.0l finished !!!

It?s going in on Thursday morning to have the 2.0l 8v wired up and checked over. I?ve spent the last month working on it to get the prep work done and the engine in and fuel lines and fuel tank etc etc. Now its finally finished and I will get to drive it on Thursday night !

Its been so annoying not being able to use it, especially as I have fitted a set of 16" speedlines (thanks Pika !!) and a new suspension kit while its been off the road as well and I?m dying to take it out for a spin.

I have been driving around a shitty little 1.1 fiesta which is 18 years old !!!!! I can't wait to drive something quick.

48 hours and counting ..........

depends if the cars up to it this sunday, theres one on the 18th of Nov isnt there. That might be a more realistic timescale as I'll only get the engine started for the first time on thursday, thats if theres no problems. I'm going to aim to be there on the 18th.

wot sort of bhp are u xpecting??

is the 8v any/much lighter than the 16v??

I think its lighter, its supposed to be higher torque as well. Im hoping for 130 ish at the wheels with K&N and Exhaust.

I think thats about what I should get, there or there abouts.

I'll post on here what I got once its been on the rollers.
