Roll cage

Hey. I'm considering putting in a roll cage. For looks aswell as stiffining the shell. Which would be the best cage to get? It has to be a bolt in cage as the nct (mot) here is very strict about such things, ie. not allowed at all. Also I only want a half cage as I (and my girlfriend) want to be able to use the car as normal. If I do put in a cage can I still fold my rear seats down?
