ever since i got my car, it has made a rattling noise when revving it, it happens at 3000rpm-3250 and sounds ike its cming from my water pump or possible alternator.

could be bearings in the alternator why don't you disconnect the fan belt and see? don't forget to also disconnect the big red wire at the back while your doing so.

whoops! no need to take off the red wire just the fan belt
