not too hard to play on guitar. Saw greenday and prophets at leeds festival. what a good weekend.
Personally i prefer greenday of 10 years ago, the album Dookie will never be beaten!!!

Every kid had Dookie in the shelf whether they liked that kind of music or not - was massive!

It's all about the music you hear when you're younger... when you are younger you tend to listen to the same music over and over again, and you end up knowing it all note for note, word for word.

As you get older you dont get that into it because other things take priority in your life... as such the music from your youth is always the music you prefer.

well said.

the problem i have is that i don't get time to listen to music, so it takes a really good album to get my attention

I've got a decent stereo in the house, but its just for show most of the time... hardly ever gets used. I listen to the radio in the car to drown out the wierd noises it makes

I've seen 50+ disk changers... but they're not really common-place anymore due to most people wanting something a bit more subtle lol.

This is what i've got... with the addition of some speakers obviously lol.

Green day is one hell of a good album, it's good to see that they've have advanced from their earlier stuff - all great - but now even better. I can now see Greenday, along with a few other class acts (Blink 182 springs to mind), as one of the bands that grow older and more mature with you.

From that site that i got those pics from, the system as shown including a pair of teac speakers will set you back about ?795. Like i said - it's a decent stereo
