Installing a Moss alarm to a Nova 1.4i

Hi all

Me and my m8 where having trouble installing a Moss alarm to a 91 1.4i Nova.

Does anyone know any online guides for installing/programing moss alarms as the manual was a bit hard to follow.

Also which wire is the switched ignition wire on the back of the ignition switch, is it the thick black wire?

put a test lamp over each wire and turn the key...the wire that lights up the lamp when the key is turned is the switched live.

I am a bit confused as to which position is the switch live, I removed each connector to find II and guess the switched ignition is II as this is when all the dash light and fuel pump comes on,
Is position II the switched ignition?
Also what does position 1 do as the radio works with out the keys

Does anyone know how much it cost to have a professional fit a alarm as I think this has beaten us :(
