will GTE seats fit in my 1.2

as the title says i've resently got a full GTE interior and i was just wondering if the seats would go in. i thought it would be a good idea to ask you guys first because i don't want to rip the interior out of my car and find that the new seats don't fit :D :o

NOT NECESSARILY - i have a 1.2 flair and i bought GTE seats and they do not fit, as not all 1.2 novas have box style runners inside the car, mine are a sort of U shape, so watch out.

well they fittied into my MK2 mice :)

if your 1.2 has a solid rear bench then you will need to weld in some brackets as the GTE ones are split foldind rear seats

mines got a split fold bench at the back

stright in. only problems are the 2 rear bolts are not needs (not really a problem) but the rear bench is annoying unless you weld brackets in.

the GTE stuff fits straight in
that was the first interior i put in mine
then i got the blue/grey sr stuff
and now i want the gsi interior

It can be a bit awkward getting the front seats in... it took me ages to figure out how they slotted in the first time i did it. Once you realise the way they fit is nothing like the original seats it's easy.

the seats are now fitted you are right wisewood it was a right pain gettin the front seats in but the interior has made one hell of a difference :D :D

be carfull getting in and out not to break your back casue you dnt want to ruin the drivers side seat i find that i have to move the seat back then hop in now lol :lol:
