The new car . (with pics) (56k warning)

Well it didnt take long but the new shell is now sat on me drive.
Yesturday was pretty manic to be honest. Finally got the all clear to collect the car . So i arranged for me mate to bring is recovery truck over then go collect the car from lancs!
We got about 3 streets into our journey and we heard a terrible noise. arghh 'the clutch cable decided to give way on the truck !! 12.15pm.
So the only place to get one from was westbromwich. arghh. So eventually another hour and half later we got hold of what we needed and was on our way. (2pm) We eventually made eurorally at around 4.30pm.

Had a look around the car. and tbh its mint. Theres one or 2 very small bits that if it was concourse would need doing. (BUT IT AINT) lol.
Underneath is mint. all painted/sealed/stonechipped ect ect. Rear beam mounts have been strengthend ect ect.
Engine bay is mint/inside is clean too. seat mounts already welded in/rear strut brace welded in too/alloy panels all rivoted in ect. glass came with it.
Its fair to say the shell is like a fucking rock compared to my last one.
Only problem i can forsee is the engine mounts havnt been strengthend up. But we do have the plates to do em with. these are the only ones not fitted. everything else looks solid. think its had a new turret to on the drivers side. Mint job mind. Had alot of bits with it to . dash is in it still/headlights/lots of other bits. so fair play!
Im disgusted with myself for putting such a dirty rear beam on the car. Im now taking it of and getting it cleaned up lmao!!!

Anyhow pics to follow shortly. the cost of the shell was ?525 BARGAIN!

the pics are up now shouldnt be any problems.

The main objective is now to get the rear beam bolted in tight. and get the front struts sorted out and steering rack in ect.
At least we can ove the fucking thing then! whoopie!
