i have been reading that redtop installation guide on that valvers site.... anyways it says:
'the alternator pully hits the chassis legof the nova by the drivers side suspension turret. this means u need to alter the chassis leg!'
how would u go about doin this mod? does any1 have any pics?

Well i cut a large resess and just welded a new plate rather than bodgin it wid a hammer
Just knock it in with a hammer, it will be just as strong (if not stronger) than cutting and welding it.
Although it sounds like a bodge, it is a perfectly good way of doing it.

i cut a flap in it then pushed it back then welded it back up

thank god 4 that, thought it ment movin the whole chassis leg!
what sort of distance do u have to move it?? bout 10-15mm??

ive done my conversion but i cant get a spark from the coil can anyone help
it aint the ecu
nor crankshaft sensor
and all wiring is intact ive been told its coz i aint got a pulse goin to the coil so can anyone help
