Air filter...

I read somewhere, can't remember where exactly, that if you drill holes into your air filter it would give you a nice throaty roar....I'll eventually be
getting a K & N but was, wondering more than anything, whether or not this was true.....

is it the casing you drill or ????

yes it is true, just get a big drill bit and drill all around the out side of the air box

yes the black plastic casing and ive done this, as you will find alot of people have also

if you are going to do this then make sure you drill outside where the filter sits, so the air is still going through the filter before the carb. You wont notice that much difference in the noise though
