What bits from 1.2 fit a 1.4SR?

Hi,

Sorry if its been asked before, i had a little look and couldnt find anything.

right, I have an autocross car which is a Mk2 1.4SR nova. As i need spares for the events i have been offered a 1.2 nova for free.

My question though what mechanical bits would i be able to use from the 1.2 on the 1.4SR?

I know all the body work, etc will be fine but what about drive shafts, steering rack, starter motor, alternator, dizzy, etc?

i am sure all the parts you have mentioned will fit, apart from the dizzy which i am not sure on

yeh chris is correct. there are lots of stuff that will swap over.

i would get the car if its free and you have a place to keep it!

put the 1.2 head on with a 1.3 sr inlet manifold ;)
