Misaligned Speedo

I took the instrument panel out of my base model Nova so that i could install an SR unit but during the change i had to remove the needle from the speedometer. After refitting the panel, the speedo now reads about 15 when i am crawling up my drive, and 60 when it feels as though i am only doing 35-40!! How can i reset the speedo accuratly on the car?? please help!

follow your mate down the road at 70 and take off the needle and stick it back on propa!

This happened to me when i put blue dials on my sr i tried to do it whilst driving ,
even my mate in the passenger seet couldnt do it .
What i done was follow my mate and when he was doing 30 he put his hazards on , i was doing 45 .
So i took the car home put it up on axle stands and done it like that , it feels strange but at
least the car isnt jumping around (but i have got gas dampers and springs
