just got home from casino and its 4.30am :o Got to be up at 8am to follow and retrieve a mate from having his alarm fitted, that leaves us an hour to get into town and then prob half hour to get out, then im off to get gf at 10am, spend time with her till 1pm, then work at 5pm, then off out to a club at 10pm where lots of alcohol will disapear into my tummy and lots of swearing will be exchanged.

Is there any point in going to bed?

i wouldnt go to sleep. but the best bet is to get 5 mins sleep where ever you can

Insomnia is for people who literally cannot sleep. Not people who would rather do something more interesting instead, and worry about the damage to their health later. :roll:

lol probably al, they have shot up since ive had me puter and wisey i cant sleep not until im proper fooked 3 hours a night is plenty for me

Good news! but late.

You could have had an extra hour cos you said originally it was 4.30 when the time of the post was 3.34

Hope you didn't waste it, your problem then was surely the mate who wanted a lift back from somewhere involving an 8am get up instead of 10am?

Lol that's just chavtastically dull of me. the bit about not taking ur mate and saving 2 hours is right tho.

edited: that isn't chavtastically dull of me, it is set to GMT maybe something to do with the daylight saving clock adjustment nonsense....
