yes i have done one mate. there easy enough, jus get sum mdf and draw round your carpet. then cut it out! if u want a section to lift out so you have acess to the spare wheel you jus meaure it up and cut it out, then just screw sum bits underneath to raise it, job done!

its not a hard job, jus take your time cutting it out and measuring it up the rests easy!

Are you wanting a false floor for just the boot, or have you removed your rear seats too and are looking for a false floor to cover the whole area?

I have made the false floor out of Conti-Band, thicker - Whats the best way to secure the floor down? Im removing my spare tyre; keeping all the seats and not welding the tyre well over.....

i made struts inside the wheel well out of wood to screw too also built wood up on the wheel holder thingy
