Are you on about an emulator? If so then there are emulators out there that you should be able to use so long as the spec on your laptop is good enough

I just wanted to use the screen on the laptop as i havent got room for a tv on my desk.

Aparantly i just need a TV card.

If you can get a card for the laptop with TV capabilities, you should be able to do it. To be honest though you would be better off buying a really cheap 14 or 15 inch TV and making room for it. Using the Dell would be a pain.

But you could also use it in your car then, using the phono out to an amp or even into one of those crap tape converter things and have masses of music and PS2 and other PC like things including a large screen.
