I'm nearly finished my 2.0l 8v conversion and I'm eagerly awaiting my first drive in it. I wan't to get a rough idea of the sort of performance I'm likely to get from it and what sort of BHP figure to expect once its done.

Its a 2.0l 8v, with Piper Evo 3 Exhaust, K&N 57i, gas flowed head and a LSD close ratio gearbox.

any ideas ?

mine ran 120bhp @ wheels !
it ran twin 45s only.
also wus a good low reading road! non of that funny stuff 300bhp figures!
i have a few bits for sale of me 8valve
if anyone is intrested letme know
