quick mot question

will a car fail its mot if it goes to the mot station with no front bumper on as long as the number plate is visable :?: :?

probley will fail because if u were say to run someone over the edges may be sharper on ur car n cause more damage to the pedestrian. also it could be more unsafe for the driver and passanger of the car in question

right thx it was a mate of mine he failed mot due to lose bumper and is having trouble tightening it up
