right have a problem with me nova,
is lowered 60mm on 17's (with a 45mm offset an 205/40 tyres)
the rear arches have been pulled out but not enough so they've got to be done again + resprayed (as the paint will crack)
but i can't have more than me in the car as the dront tyres rub aswell with the extra weight.

so i'm after possible solutions.
so far i've thought of:
- gettin rid of the 17's for 16's but don't really want to as i love the wheels currently on it an don't like many designs in 16'' (they don't do the wheels i've got now in 16's)

- lower 45mm but car looks far too high

- go for height adjustable suspension so can set it to how i want an it not rub

- roll front arches out aswell but paint is a pearl an will have to respray fair bit of car to blend it in

any help much apreciated

I did my own front archs (i have 17's, 205/40/17, lowered 60mm, and 40mm offset). I was just v.carefull and took my time-used mole grips and bent up a little bit at a time and worked along the arch and then started from the beginning again and mine hasn't cracked atall. I didn't heat it up either.
Also your paints new so should be more flexible than mine :?:

If you dont want to do that though i'd get some adjustables

Yes, maybe not the exact same make and model, but there will probably 4 identical replicas by other companies, which ARE available in 16's. Like every other wheel.
