the two following vids are my 14.5 runs as seen in signature

here is the one where my reaction time was 0.9 compared to the silly fast racer golf's 0.6, on full screen the time is visible

what's the exhaust on your car Dan? sounds quite nice as it goes past the camera man.

just an ashley system, cant be heard as such till it passes cos of the carbs etc, it aint as loud as peeps think when ashley is mentioned

It's got a nice sound to it. Not TOO loud like some people end up with. I like it. I think it was an ashley we had on the GSi before - but we swapped for a magnex. Deeper sound.

Anyway - good vids. Shame you didnt beat the golf though!

lololol, it does seem an aweful habit i am getting of lining up against the wrong kind of competition, even after rb vrs nl day and running against chris t i didnt learn :lol: :lol: :lol:

Thats the one me and ben raced, to be fair we both had shite starts and both lost 0.4 within the first 2 gears as seen by times as i ran a 14.9 and ben ran a 16.3 although the terminal speeds were higher

Also that damn budgie still stuck to my tyres lol

lol a sleeper as it goes by, but when peeps looks inside the image goes abit judging from some comments at the weekend.

The golf was a 2.0 16v motor that had some head work and a few other bits and peices, I 'think' the guy was saying it was near 170bhp but in a car that weighed only in the 650kg category which is huge power to weight lol.

Good vids mate! car sounds awsome!

I spoke to the guy in the gold last time i was up pod...i thought i remember him saying it was a mk2 16v GTI lump in a fully stripped out mk1 shell!? maybe hes changed it! lol, was running 13's all day iirc!
