cam timing, vernier pulleys

I have an enem 300 duration rally cam in my nova sport, but I can't find any data anywhere about when in the duration full valve lift occurs. Does anyone know how to go about setting up a cam with a vernier when I don't have the numbers, or does anyone have those numbers???
