panel edge setter/loggler, with spot weld punch

had this in the garage, used once to replace my old novas rear arches, is used for settigng a shoulder in the steel to get a flush panel fit when weldin together, it also has a punch on the other site for spot weld panels togetehr, very useful tool and very expensive, i piad ?40 + VAT for it from my local panel shop.
