Hey all. I'm considering buying Momo GTR Limited in 16". I thought they weren't available but I was looking at them today. Anyway they're only available in 35 or 42 offset. I know the Nova is 49. Can the 42s fit without any work or will I need to roll the arches?
Cheers?

hmm

i had Fox wheels in 15" in a 42 offset and with the back of the car fully loaded, on big bumps the wheels cuaght. That's with 195/45/15

with the rear arches grinded back it's no problem.

So.. depenidng on you car (mk1 or mk2) i'd say that they might just be ok (may need to grind the rear arch lip off) up to about a -40mm drop. Anything more than that and you'l need arch work on the front too.

but, get 45's and not 50's !

CP runs ET32 wheels (i think or 38) bu hes cut the arch lip off and looks like theyve been jacked out too.

with wide wheels you best off going a bit lower than 49/45 anyway as they can catch the rear shocks

Its 42s I'm going to get. Its a mk2. A 93 mk2 even. Nice and rare. Haha. I'm thinking it might be an idea to get the arches rolled on the back?? Also it'll be getting a 40mm drop.

Its March 93 even. They don't get much newer. @ Boro'Nova the reason I said a 93 is rare is because they were stopped being made in november (as far as I know) of 92 but were sold as new until April of 93 when it was replaced with the Corsa.

Its alwalys harder to sell a model of a car thats just about to be replaced. They have to give good discounts to get rid of them because people want the newer one. Wouldn't you(If it was anything besides a Nova)?
