please please please HELP!

im realy p'd off with my car now.
im in the middle of fitting a 2l 8v (i know i shoulda put an xe in!)
it all in but i cant get the bloody thing to run
its not gettin spark.
there is wires everywhere n im not sure whats what.
dont think the coils gettin power but then i dont really know how to test this with my meter
i ideally want some1 just to have a look and tell me whats wrong, or some1 just to be really clever n help me.
i dont even know if the fuels getn injected.
tried to be clear as i can.
no garage wants to know.
im desperate. please help

the distributor and things tto do with this are the main bastards, if one part isnt working, then from the coil to the spark plugs wont work! check them! check it sparks from the coil

I do believe, although strange that unless you have the fuel pump relay working, you wont get a spark. I think the ECU shuts down the spark so that it wont fire with a lean mix.
