A guy called Kevin Keerie, 17 Heron Rise, in Dalclaverhouse, Dundee DD4 9DH
deposited my cheque for a Lagunna Splitter ?30, and keeps fobbing me off with excuses!
He never answers the phone, and sends the odd test msg every 2 weeks, saying "havent u got it yet then?"

Shall I put a hit out on him??!
Its been nearly 2 months!

I've sold loads of bits by post, never had any probs...not bought anything by post though. I met face to face with the bloke I bought the zorst from to avoid postage hassles.

You could always try the police (hahahaha....those useless dopes!)....no forget that one...they can't even find someone when you give 'em the car make, model and rego of someone who did your door in!


Send him an official looking letter, demanding the goods, saying something like "if the goods are not delivered soon, further action will be taken"......he might shit himself enough to cough up.

I'd go with the formal letter option, I don't think the cost of petrol etc to drive to Scotland versus ?30 make it worth your while.

Get some letter headed paper made up from a solicitor or something and send it to him saying the police have been contacted and are aware of the situation or something.

yeah man . you should atleast try the official way first then if you get no joy, we all go down there and we stick a whole nova shell in his ass.

Update:
Called Kevin on his mobile... he put the phone down.
I sent him a threatening text...
Then phoned his house, courtesy of the Spy King Mr B, his dad answered, left a polite message... Kev not in...
Got text from him saying my cheque is coming back...
I said it best do, then ignore my message left with ya dad!

He don't know this bit yet:
If I dont get my cheque, the local hospital will be arranging him a cosy stay!!! ...after that he can get ready for a criminal record !
