Thats because it came out of the bodyshop on Friday

Had new arches, the suspension turrets all welded up.

It was'nt a rust bucket to start with, shell is immaculate apart from what I mentioned above.

very nice mate, looks proper tidy, loving it.

Looks mint mate, as Keith said what colour is it, the white looks slightly flip paint, it looks the same colour as one of them new rovers.
Like a creamy white.
Awesome car though mate, well done.

Its slightly creamy because its Polar white like someone mentioned before hand.

The pictures are'nt great because there is no sun, when its got direct light on it the creamyness disapears.

With regards to the X16XE, I'm very impressed. I had the same engine in my Corsa GSi and it was a lot less responsive in the Corsa.

All in all its taken me since December from start to finnish.

Its having its MOT as we speak, had a slight problem with clunking this morning on the drivers side which needs to be sorted. Got a few days to get it all sorted before Trax.

I purchased it with mk2 wings and headlights, dash etc etc etc.

I just restored it as the previous owner was a ned and did'nt appreciate what he had.

Shell is in tip top condition, got it for a bargain ?300 quid, spent 10 times that putting it right again and fitting the engine
