i just pulled the strips off the side of my mk1 n now i got all this glue with like foam in it and its IMPOSIBLE to get off!!

I got away with using white spirit.

Test on a unseen bit first though to avoid tears.

i've tried, white spirit and tar & bug remover, didn't work!

T-cut got the glue off mine, you have to be patient, you think it ain't gonna work but the glue starts to break up.

just slowly pick it off and use auto glym tar remover. It took me the best part of a day to get mine off, needs time

i used a hair drier on mine, if you heat it up it will soften a bit an come a bit easier.

i used a heat gun, some brute force, some cellulose thinner and shite spirit. Warm the glue up a bit, then start peeling, it will come off..eventually :lol:

heat it up, just pull off or t-cut it

Use boiling water, works a treat...did mine in about half an hour

what u want mate is one of these little rubber wheels that go in a drill they are sh1t hot and will take it off easily
