Help me with my single wiper problem please

my single wiper gets stuk on the drivers side sometimes.when it is stopped it rests on the passenger side.any ideas why it gets stuk on my side????

dodgy motor maybe, or the linkage could be getting jammed up..

put it back to normal, single wipers look so frustrating!!!
