Flat Boot Pan

I want a flat boot pan welded in and my spare wheel well removed...

Its for show purposes, obviously it will need strengtheniong, any idea on how much roughly this well be?

Could I have a fibreglass one to reduce weight?

i cut mine out 4 my zorst ,
i just cut the well out and welded in a new plate

i wudnt use fibreglass as it would be highly prone to cracking

Did you not put some sort of bracing in between the chassis rails? When I do it I always put 2 pieces of box sections in between the chassis rails.

It isn't structural though is it? Mine has been done using the existing edge of the boot and two pieces welding over it. Rear strut helps rigity as well.
