Will renault 172 alloys fit a nova?

What offset are they?
Will i need spacer's?

My Nova has renault clio II wheels, they are 6.5x15, offset 38, 195/50 tyres. With the arch lips turned in on all 4 arches, they fit just right, especially on the back. They "just" miss the arches, and the damper dust covers, even with 3 people in the back, so with any other offset, they would touch something. I do get a little tramlining, but I put that more to the large tyres than the incorrect offset.
