Basically, Which one should I get ?

Is one a comprimise between accl and top end ?

Will be getting a 4.18 FD in either one anyhow so...

- Not really wanting short, short gear ratios as I dont want to be sitting at like 3500rpm in 5th doing 60mph !

Cheers

f10 is wide ratio and good for effiency etc.

f13cr will give far better acceleration but ration of 5th is the smae as the ratio of 4th in the f10 which means less fuel effecient on motorway. it'll still do 130 on nova clocks though (bout 6500rpm) but that doesn't mean too much as your final drive will be different

I THINK that the F10 has a smaller flywheel and clutch asssembly than the F13. The final drive ratio is 4:18 on the F10, the highest of all boxes. I was under the impression that the best acceleration could be achieved with a higher final drive (sacrificing top end)
