Rear Disc Conversion

I have fitted a set of Cav SRi Discs on the arse end of my nova, trouble is the hand brake cable doesn't work properly.

Does anyone know where I can get one that will fit?

you need a cav short cable - lengthened with some m8 bar
coupled to the nova cable
